Mark Bright is the Director for the Relational Discipleship Network. Mark entered into full time ministry in 1996 after graduating from Calvary Chapel Bible College where he met his wife, Lisa. Mark started working in Post Falls, Idaho for Chuck Missler’s ministry, Koinonia House. Mark and Lisa attended Real Life Ministries, which at the time was meeting in a movie theater. Mark and Lisa have four children who grew up at RLM. In August of 2011, Mark accepted the role of Executive Pastor at a church in Tennessee. Over the next decade, that church grew from 3,500 to 6,500 in attendance and also planted three churches. He continued his education earning a Masters of the Arts of Ministry in 2019. Mark has a passion for being and making disciples of Jesus by following His teachings and methods.

Jim Putman is the co-founder and Senior Pastor of Real Life Ministries in Post Falls, Idaho. Jim holds degrees from Boise State University and Boise Bible College. He is the author of three books: Church is a Team Sport (2008), Real-Life Discipleship (2010), The Power of Together (2016), and The Disciple’s Journey (2022).. He also co-authored four books: Real-Life Discipleship Training Manual (2010) (with Avery Willis, Brandon Guindon, and Bill Krause), DiscipleShift (2013) (with Bobby Harrington and Robert Coleman) Hope For The Prodigal (2017) (with Bill Putman) and The Revolutionary Disciple (2021) (with Chad Harrington)

Jim’s passion is discipleship through small groups. With his background in sports and coaching, he believes in the value of strong coaching as a means to disciple others. He and his wife, along with their 3 sons, daughter-in-laws and grandchildren, live in scenic Northern Idaho.

Brandon Guindon is the lead pastor of Real Life Ministries Texas, a non-denominational Christian church in Tomball, Texas, 30 miles north of Houston.

Brandon has over 20 years’ experience leading churches worldwide to become healthy and effective in making disciples of Jesus Christ. He has been an executive team member at Real Life Ministries in Post Falls, ID and at The MET Church in Houston, TX. He has authored and co-authored several publications on biblical discipleship, including the Real Life Discipleship Training Manual, Stay the Course and Disciple Making Culture.

Brandon holds a Bachelor of Science in Health Science from Linfield College and an M.A. in Church Leadership and New Testament Theology from Hope International University. He sits on the Board of Directors for the Relational Discipleship Network. Brandon is a bow hunter and avid outdoorsman. He and his wife, Amber, have four children, Emma, Olivia, Grady and Garrett.

Bob Reed is the Lead Pastor of CyLife Church. He brings over 25 years of ministry experience, 18 of those years being a Lead Pastor in two different churches. Bob is a relational leader, gifted communicator, and is passionate about making disciples and developing leaders. He is also a consultant for The Center, a Mentor Coach and Board member of the Relational Discipleship Network. Bob has been married to his wife Sue for over 25 years, and they have four amazing kids (Brianna, Bryce, Chase, and Seth), a wonderful son-in-law (Isai) and the most adorable grandchild (Willow). Bob loves to golf, hunt, fish, and workout.

Brandon Bowers is the Founding and Lead Pastor of Awaken Church in Charleston, SC. Awaken was planted in 2013 with nine people and has grown to over 1,200 people with two locations. Over 55% of weekend attenders are connected into small groups. Awaken launched with three small groups and now there are over 75 groups meeting throughout the Charleston Metro area. In addition to leading the vision, preaching, and staff of Awaken, Brandon also serves as a Leadership Catalyst for the South Carolina Baptist Convention. Brandon has been married to Ashley since 2003 and they have two sons – Brailey and Bryson; and two daughters – Brinkley and Brooklyn.

He is involved in the Relational Discipleship Network as a mentor and church coach, both nationally and internationally in Italy and the Philippines. Scott has been serving the Lord in ministry for the past 24 years and is passionate about being a disciple of Jesus and training/equipping others to be and to make disciples. He and his wife, Sandi, have two grown children, one son-in-law, and two grandchildren, and enjoy spending their free time with family and hanging out in the beauty of the Pacific Northwest.

Joel and his wife, Heather have two sons, Josiah and Grayson. He is an avid fan of the Tennessee Volunteers and occasionally wins his fantasy football league.
