Mark entered into full time ministry in 1996 after graduating from Calvary Chapel Bible College where he met his wife, Lisa. Mark started working in Post Falls, Idaho for Chuck Missler’s ministry, Koinonia House. Mark and Lisa attended Real Life Ministries, which at the time was meeting in a movie theater. Mark and Lisa have four children who also grew up at RLM. In August of 2011, Mark accepted the role of Executive Pastor at a church in Tennessee. Over the next decade, that church grew from 3,500 to 6,500 in attendance and also planted three churches. He continued his education earning a Masters of the Arts of Ministry in 2019.
Mark has a passion for being and making disciples of Jesus’ following his teachings and methods.

Mark serves as the Connections & Next Steps Coordinator for the Relational Discipleship Network. Mark graduated from The University of Mobile with a Bachelor of Arts degree and then earned a Master of Divinity from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary in Fort Worth, Texas. After serving in churches in Texas and Georgia, Mark served as the Discipleship Pastor at Redemption Church from 2002 to 2019. Mark has a passion for helping churches identify, equip, and release disciple-making leaders. Mark has been married to Heather since 2002. He and Heather have three amazing daughters, Elyssa, Natalie, and Victoria.

Lisa Missler Bright

Lisa takes care of office administration, coaching groups coordination, database and billing for the Relational Discipleship Network. Lisa Missler Bright has two college degrees, one from UCSD and a degree in Biblical Studies from CCBC. She ran her father’s ministry for six years and has continued in voluntary ministry roles for the past twenty years. Lisa has just recently become an empty nester having raised her four children over the past 25 years. Lisa’s knowledge, heart to help and detail oriented mindset makes her the perfect fit for the RDN team.

Jason Tenney is on the Relational Discipleship Network (RDN) team. He was on staff at Real Life Ministries in Post Falls Idaho from 2008 – 2017 where he was on the Church Training & Development team. Jason attended North Idaho College with a Commercial Art major. He and his wife Alisa have 4 children (Riley, Alison, Katie & Emily) and 1 grandchild (Oliver). They live in northern Idaho and love spending family time together enjoying the great outdoors.
