RDN Director / Vision & Leadership
Luke Yetter is the Director and Co-Founder of the Relational Discipleship Network (RDN). He was on staff at Real Life Ministries in Post Falls Idaho from 2006 – 2017 where he was an Executive Pastor overseeing Church Planting, Missions and the national Discipleshift1 training. He co-authored “Leading the Discipleshift”. Luke attended both North Idaho College and Eastern Washington University where he majored in Business. He was the founder and CEO of a national corporation, Critical Power. Luke sold the company after 11 years to go into full-time ministry. He and his wife Casey have 3 children. They love spending time together as a family fishing and camping in the great outdoors.
Connections & Next Steps
Mark serves as the Connections & Next Steps Coordinator for the Relational Discipleship Network. Mark graduated from The University of Mobile with a Bachelor of Arts degree and then earned a Master of Divinity from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary in Fort Worth, Texas. After serving in churches in Texas and Georgia, Mark served as the Discipleship Pastor at Redemption Church from 2002 to 2019. Mark has a passion for helping churches identify, equip, and release disciple-making leaders. Mark has been married to Heather since 2002. He and Heather have three amazing daughters, Elyssa, Natalie, and Victoria.
Admin & Accounting
Kristine takes care of office administration, coaching groups coordination, database and billing for the Relational Discipleship Network. Kristine has a B.A. from Moody Bible Institute. Before attending Moody she served in the US Army as a Medic. Kristine is also an instructor in Filipino Martial Arts. She has volunteered as a small group leader at Real Life Ministries since 2004 in both Children’s Ministry and Home Groups. Kristine grew up in the Santa Cruz Mountains of California where she loved to ride horses. She continues to enjoy riding trails and competing in Working Equitation on Kodi. Kristine met her husband Keith in 1990 at a Bible study hosted by Cadence International, a ministry to the military. Previous to joining the Relational Discipleship Network team Kristine homeschooled their two children through High School. Tim and Ben both chose military service after graduating High School.

Jason Tenney is on the Relational Discipleship Network (RDN) team. He was on staff at Real Life Ministries in Post Falls Idaho from 2008 – 2017 where he was on the Church Training & Development team. Jason attended North Idaho College with a Commercial Art major. He and his wife Alisa have 4 kids (Riley, Alison, Katie & Emily). They live in northern Idaho and love spending family time together camping and hiking.
