Luke Yetter is the Director and Co-Founder of the Relational Discipleship Network (RDN) and co-author of Leading the Discipleshift. He was on staff at Real Life Ministries in Post Falls Idaho from 2006 – 2017 where he was an Executive Pastor overseeing Church Planting, Missions and the national Discipleshift1 training.
Luke attended both North Idaho College and Eastern Washington University where he majored in Business and Finance. He was the founder and CEO of a national corporation, Critical Power. Luke sold the company after 11 years to go into full-time ministry. He and his wife Casey have 3 children. They love spending time together as a family in the great outdoors fishing and camping.
Real Life Ministries
Post Falls, ID
Jim is the co-planter and Senior Pastor of Real Life Ministries in Post Falls, Idaho. Prior to his role as senior pastor, he served as a youth minister in two small churches. In college, Jim won three All American titles in wrestling and went on to become a successful wrestling coach. Jim holds degrees from Boise State University and Boise Bible College. His voice reaches hundreds of thousands across the nation through speaking conferences, the web, radio, and weekend services. He is the author of two books; Church is a Team Sport and Real Life Discipleship. Jim’s passion is discipleship through small groups. With his background in sports and coaching, he believes in the value of strong coaching as a means to disciple others. He lives with his wife and three sons in scenic northern Idaho.
Real Life Ministries TEXAS
Brandon Guindon is the lead pastor of Real Life Ministries Texas, a non-denominational Christian church in Tomball, Texas, 30 miles north of Houston.
Brandon has over 20 years’ experience leading churches worldwide to become healthy and effective in making disciples of Jesus Christ. He has been an executive team member at Real Life Ministries in Post Falls, ID and at The MET Church in Houston, TX. He has authored and co-authored several publications on biblical discipleship, including the Real Life Discipleship Training Manual, Stay the Course and Disciple Making Culture.
Brandon holds a Bachelor of Science in Health Science from Linfield College and an M.A. in Church Leadership and New Testament Theology from Hope International University. He sits on the Board of Directors for the Relational Discipleship Network. Brandon is a bow hunter and avid outdoorsman. He and his wife, Amber, have four children, Emma, Olivia, Grady and Garrett.
Bob Reed is the Lead Pastor of CyLife Church. He brings over 25 years of ministry experience, 18 of those years being a Lead Pastor in two different churches. Bob is a relational leader, gifted communicator, and is passionate about making disciples and developing leaders. He is also a consultant for The Center, a Mentor Coach and Board member of the Relational Discipleship Network. Bob has been married to his wife Sue for over 25 years, and they have four amazing kids (Brianna, Bryce, Chase, and Seth), a wonderful son-in-law (Isai) and the most adorable grandchild (Willow). Bob loves to golf, hunt, fish, and workout.
Brandon Bowers is the Founding and Lead Pastor of Awaken Church in Charleston, SC. Awaken was planted in 2013 with nine people and has grown to over 1,200 people with two locations. Over 55% of weekend attenders are connected into small groups. Awaken launched with three small groups and now there are over 75 groups meeting throughout the Charleston Metro area. In addition to leading the vision, preaching, and staff of Awaken, Brandon also serves as a Leadership Catalyst for the South Carolina Baptist Convention. Brandon has been married to Ashley since 2003 and they have two sons – Brailey and Bryson; and two daughters – Brinkley and Brooklyn.
Northshore Christian Church
Scott Harris is the Lead Pastor at Northshore Christian Church in Everett, Washington, just north of Seattle. He is involved in the Relational Discipleship Network as a mentor and church coach, both nationally and internationally in Italy and the Philippines. Scott has been serving the Lord in ministry for the past 24 years and is passionate about being a disciple of Jesus and training/equipping others to be and to make disciples. He and his wife, Sandi, have two grown children, one son-in-law, and two grandchildren, and enjoy spending their free time with family and hanging out in the beauty of the Pacific Northwest.
Grace Fellowship Church
Joel grew up in Morristown, TN, and graduated from Tusculum College with a degree in business management. He then went on to earn a Master of Arts at Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary. Striving toward godliness together is a major part of how he views his ministry.
Joel loves cheering for the University of Tennessee Volunteers, the Dallas Cowboys, and the Texas Rangers. He’s married to Heather, and they have two sons, Josiah and Grayson. He says yard work is a hobby, so be sure to call him up when you need help with yours.
